Cancellation Policy

Client is booking coaching, training, or workshop services (“Services”) with Breaking Rank Coaching LLC. Sessions may be conducted in person or via online platforms as agreed. Details of the services, session length, and delivery format will be outlined at the time of booking. Payment for Services is due before the service takes place, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are stated in United States dollars and exclude any applicable taxes or platform fees. Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received and request for services has been accepted. Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel a Service without penalty. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours before the scheduled Service may incur a fee of up to 50-75% of the session cost. No-shows (clients who do not attend without notice) forfeit the session fee. If the Coach must cancel, we will offer a rescheduled date or refund for the affected Service.
