Rachel Clar

Rachel Clar is the founder and CEO of Interconnected Us, which creates spaces for confidential conversations where women lawyers create and share opportunities with one another. Her practice focuses on business development strategy for women in BigLaw, teaching them to originate business, protect the credit they've earned, and communicate more powerfully so they can claim their seat at the table. Her signature program, the Inner Circle, is a six-month, application-only experience for women ready to grow their books of business, combining private one-on-one coaching with Clar and confidential twice-monthly group sessions built on honest conversation, tailored support, and smart strategy. The Interconnected Us philosophy holds that every woman is capable of reaching the top of her field through ambition, healthy boundaries, and kindness, and by climbing together in community. Clar also writes a newsletter for BigLaw women who refuse to be dismissed and are using boundaries and business to claim their authority.
